Clear terms and conditions accompany every bonus offer — make sure you read them before claiming, so you fully understand the wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

A wagering or rollover requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a set number of times before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if a RM 50 bonus carries a 5x rollover requirement, you must place total bets of RM 250 (RM 50 × 5) using that bonus balance before a withdrawal is permitted. jav789 always states rollover requirements clearly and fairly in each promotion's terms. Log in to your account jav789 and navigate to the "Promotions" section. Select the bonus you wish to claim, read the terms and conditions carefully, and click "Claim" or "Activate". Some bonuses are credited automatically after a qualifying deposit, while others must be claimed manually through the Promotions section. No. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the specified rollover requirements are met. If you attempt to withdraw before the conditions are fulfilled, the system will automatically use funds from your deposit balance that qualify for withdrawal. In some cases, an active bonus may be cancelled if a withdrawal is requested before the rollover is complete. We recommend reading each bonus's terms carefully before claiming to avoid any confusion.
